AVE BULGARIA successfully completed project management for key customer coordinating delivery of 200 containers with batteries and equipment at Bulgaria between several different parties – seller and buyer, freight forwarders, carriers, port handling agents, customs brokers and local customs authorities.
Project involved all company departmets to provide:
– Coordination of container movements between ports: Pireus, Ambarly, Varna, Koper of OOG contianers with 36tons of payload!
– Handling and coordination at SOF airport
– Transit operations (T1)
– Import customs clearance
– Deliveries to final address
